If you are upgrading rather than installing for the first time, follow the instructions below. Short upgrade instructions can be found here: Short Upgrade Instructions.
| 1. | Log in as the Add2Exchange Service Account. If you were previously logged in as Administrator to prepare for installing Add2Exchange, you may log off that session. |

| 2. | Open the Services Administrative Tool. |

| 3. | If the Add2Exchange Service is running, click Stop the Service. |
Add or Remove Programs
| 4. | Open the Add or Remove Programs Control Panel. |
Removing Add2Exchange

| 5. | Select Add2Exchange and click Remove. |
Once you have uninstalled the prior version of Add2Exchange, continue with the section Install Add2Exchange.
