If you change the Service Account password for any reason, you also need to change the logon credentials for both the Add2Exchange Service as well as the SQL Server (A2ESQLSERVER) Service. You can change these credentials to match the new password by opening the Services Administrative Tool (Start menu > Administrative Tools > Services), selecting the Properties dialog for each of the services and selecting the Logon tab.
